Invalid login - Resetting your Desktop Client after you reset your password
When you change your password through the web client, you must re-log into your desktop client using your new password. Here's how you can do this:
Resetting your LeapFILE desktop by logging out and logging
back in
Find the LeapFILE desktop icon in your task bar located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen and right-click.
Once you right-click, select “Logout…” to successfully logout of your LeapFILE desktop.
3. Once again, right-click the LeapFILE desktop icon in your task bar and select “Login…”
4. Enter in your LeapFILE URL when prompted and click “Submit”.
5. Enter in your email address along with your password and click “Login”.
6. Once you have successfully logged back into your LeapFILE desktop, you can click “Close” and send any transfer you wish through your Outlook plug-in again.
