Plug-in and User Log Files

Vista/Win7/Win8/Win10:

There are two files we need, locations found below:

All files from the following locations are needed (BOTH LFComHub.txt and - LFDesktopClientLog.txt)

Logfile #1 is located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\LeapFILE\LeapFILE Desktop\Log\LFComHub.txt

AND

Logfile #2 is located in: C:\Users\<username>\AppData*\Roaming\LeapFILE\Log\LFDesktopClientLog.txt

*The AppData is typically a hidden folder by default, to access please:

Open File Explorer from the taskbar.

Select View > Options > Change folder and search options.

Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and click APPLY.
