Redemption.dll Not Registered

This error is the result of launching Outlook before the 64-bit plugin gets installed, so it's looking for the default 32-bit version which was registered initially when Outlook was opened.

Let's try a repair:

Please close/quit all office applications, and uninstall the LeapFILE desktop client and 64-bit plugin - then we'll run a repair utility on Outlook.

1. Uninstall the LeapFILE Desktop and LeapFILE x64 add-in programs from Apps and Features (Start > Settings > Apps&Features)

2. Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\LeapFILE folder and C:\Program Files\LeapFILE folder if there

3. Delete Add-in Express folder from Documents

4. Delete C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\LeapFILE folder

5.MANDATORY Delete the registry keys below:

   a. HKEY_CRRENT_USER\Software\LeapFILE
   b. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\LEAPFILE (not found on all systems)
   c. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432node\LeapFILE
   d. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\ any reference(s) to LeapFILE found here

6. Once that is complete:

Follow the instructions outlined by Microsoft:

Step 1: Download the Office fix tool and save it

Step 2: Open the fix tool, and then click “Next“.

Step 3: After detecting problems, it asks you whether to completely remove all Office apps and settings from your PC. Click “Yes” to continue.

After repair or uninstall/reinstall is complete make sure no Office products are open, then install the leapfile desktop client followed immediately by the 64-bit add-in THEN launch outlook and give it a go!
