How do I change my email address associated with LeapFILE?

In LeapFILE, all transfer history is related to a user's email address. As a result, we do not allow users to change their email address as transfer history will be missing (though an administrator will always have access to full transfer history) for the user after the change, and any outstanding transfers will no longer be available for download.

We recommend that you contact your LeapFILE administrator to create a new user account with the new email address and then disable the old account. By doing this, you will retain all transfer history and logs.

To create or delete user accounts - login to your LeapFILE account - Click Account then click User Accounts under Account Maintenance.
