How do I change my email address associated with LeapFILE?

In LeapFILE, all transfer history is related to a user's email address. As a result, we do not allow users to change their email address as all transfer history will be gone after the change. We recommend that you contact your LeapFILE administrator to create a new user account with the new email address and then disable the old account. By doing this, you will retain all transfer history and logs.

To create or delete user accounts - login to your LeapFILE account - Click Account then click User Accounts under Account Maintenance.
