Uninstall LeapFILE Desktop Client with Outlook Plug-in
Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 - Quit/Close Outlook then:
- Uninstall the program from Programs/Apps and Features
- Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\LeapFILE folder
- Delete Add-in Express folder from Documents
- Delete C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Roaming\LeapFILE
- MANDATORY Delete the registry keys below: (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/322756)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\LEAPFILE (not found on all systems)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432node\LeapFILE
Reinstall
Log into your LeapFILE account and select "Download the latest LeapFILE Desktop Client with Outlook Plug-in". Run the installer.

HKEY_CRRENT_USER\Software\LeapFILE
- Uninstall the program from Add/Remove programs
- Delete C:\Program Files\LeapFILE folder
- Delete Add-in Express folder from My Documents
- Delete temporary and log files from C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\LeapFILE
- Delete the registry keys below: (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/322756)
