Check if Outlook is 32 or 64 bit

**Important Note:**

As of mid January 2019 ALL versions of Office will automatically default to 64-bit version unless you explicitly select the 32-bit version before beginning the installation process.

To see if you are on 32 or 64 bit:

  1. Start Outlook
  2. Click the File tab in the ribbon.

  3. Then click Account
  4. On the right, you should see an About button. In this example, we see About Word

  5. The follow screen will present you with what Office version you are running.

If you ARE on 64-bit Outlook/Office please follow the instructions outlined here:

If you are running 32 bit the 64-bit Plug-in is not needed, just install the standard desktop client, then launch Outlook!
